We are already getting very booked during this lead up to Christmas so advise you to think about booking in with us as soon as possible. On the subject of booking your appointment, we do understand that things can happen and you may not be able to come in, but please let us know 48 hours in advance, otherwise we are asking for full payment. For no shows we will ask for full payment before rebooking any service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, this will be deemed a cancellation and full payment will be necessary. Parking will be more difficult during this period, so please allow extra time travelling! We are also asking for a 50% deposit on all balayage and time consuming colour work. If you are booked in for any services but you’ve changed your mind about what you want done, again, let us know beforehand so we can adjust the diary and the timing needed. Our stylists work on commission so will financially lose out if you don’t attend and we have no notice from you to be able to offer your appointment to another client. Please make sure you are up to date with your skin tests. During December we ask that you book in fringe trims so we have time to accommodate you. Online bookings will still remain open during this busy time. Our junior stylist Loretta is available online now and will also be available for children’s cuts online. Colour Correction‼️ Our new client Tracey was recommended to us through Facebook🙏🏽 Tracey had been using BLACK box dye for many years and had reached the point of not wanting jet black hair anymore. She had a thorough consultation with our amazing stylist Daisy. This consultation involved cutting small swatches of hair to test whether our lightning products could be applied safely. Daisy used Redken flash lift plus Olaplex using the back to back foil technique. Then she did a bleach bath + Olaplex which took out the last remaining residue of box dye colour. After that Daisy worked her magic with toners and highlights. This first step took 7 hours! Tracey was so happy with the result and hair was left in fantastic condition considering the chemicals that had been used.
